Sukhashraya means a space of joy and shelter. Our vision is to build Shri Nimbaja Devi Temple – a place where devotion, learning, and sustainability meet.
Guided by the ancient values of Seva and Satyam, this temple will nurture community well-being, protect nature, and revive our Vedic heritage.

Inspired by our ancestors who have built several temple towns like Madurai, Kanchipuram, etc. we feel responsible to continue that legacy and create a grand temple that stands the test of time and foster a strong-knit community around it. We aim to conserve and preserve Endangered pure native bovine breeds of India. Our vision begins with the right environment a forest-like atmosphere with minimal human interference.

The greenery at the Goshala includes growing endangered medicinal plants conserving and preserving endangered flora especially those with high medicinal value as per ancient texts.

Vedic
Studies

We will support young students learning our sacred texts and taking the wisdom bequeathed to us by our ancestors into the future.

We also plan to open our own vedic pathshala which will open to all students to learn as deeply as they wish from vedas and all other sacred books we will also run online classes and hope to bring contemporary reference and meaning to ancient wisdom.

A lot of our knowledge systems are midden or shrouded in Sanskrit which not everyone has the capacity to understand directly. We aim to research more about our Devi, more knowledge about shaktipeeth, temples and their sacred geometry, and food as medicine to begin with.

Diverse people have come together to honour the divine flow of energy to bring about positive changes in society and build a network of light and goodness. Educationists, technicians, entrepreneurs, homemakers, corporate professionals are all part of our core team.

In addition, we have elders who have seen the many shades of life, to keep us on the most efficient path to achieve this shared vision.

Dr. S. R. Ramaswamy is an Indian writer, journalist, biographer, social activist, and environmentalist. Among his many prestigious honours, he is a recipient of the Karnataka State Sahitya Academy Award (1992) for the year’s best work in social science. Through his involvement and immense patience, he has anchored our words and research in truth.

Sri S. Shivaswamy is a sometimes silent, sometimes guiding force who helps us understand the realities of our work—what challenges to expect and how to overcome them. With more than 50 years of business experience, he brings wisdom and strategic clarity to a daunting project like ours.
